Tattor Road Municipal District
Should you have any questions regarding the District functions or operations, you are invited to attend the meetings of the Board of Directors which are normally held on the second Monday of each month at 6 PM at 21818 Cypresswood Drive, Spring, Texas 77373. Please contact our office at (281) 897-9100 to confirm since meetings are occasionally rescheduled.

New Customer Information
New residents are required to pay a connection fee and provide a security deposit for their account. In addition to these fees, the District requires a signed service agreement on file.
Connection Fee: $50.00
Security Deposit: Residential Owner = $100.00
Security Deposit: Residential Leasing = $150.00
Security Deposit: Management Company = $200.00

Those customers not establishing service in person are required to provide a notarized copy of the Customer Service Agreement.

Online Payments
If water service has been terminated, please contact our office to obtain the correct reconnection balance. Any payments made to restore service must be reported to our office to initiate service restoration. Tampering with the meter or district utilities may result in additional fees.
