White Oak Bend Municipal Utility District

Should you have any questions regarding the District functions or operations, you are invited to attend the meetings of the Board of Directors which are normally held on the last Wednesday of each month at 6 PM at 10222 ½ Autumn Meadow, Houston, Tx 77064. Please contact our office at (281) 897-9100 to confirm since meetings are occasionally rescheduled.

New Customer Information

New residents are required to pay a connection fee and security deposit prior to their account being activated. In addition to these fees, the district requires a signed service agreement on file.

Connection Fee: $30.00
Security Deposit: $250.00 *

* With proof of ownership deposit will reduce to $150.00.
Name of applicant for service must match the ID and all paperwork requested.

If water service has been terminated, please contact our office to obtain the correct reconnection balance. Any payments made to restore service must be reported to our office to initiate service restoration. Tampering with the meter or district utilities may result in additional fees.

Community News

* To prevent termination of water service, payment must be in the District Operators office prior to the termination date. Once service has been terminated the entire account balance, along with fees, must be paid to get service restored; funds must be in cashier's check or money order.
