Harris County MUD 255 has teamed up with First Billing Services to provide enhanced and additional payment options.
If water service has been terminated, please contact our office to obtain the correct reconnection balance. Any payments made to restore service must be reported to our office to initiate service restoration. Tampering with the meter or district utilities may result in additional fees.

New Customer Information
New residents are required to pay a connection fee and security deposit for their account. In addition to these fees, the district requires a signed service agreement on file.
Connection Fee: $15.00
Security Deposit: $75.00

Ground to Surface Water Conversion
What is the "WHCRW" Fee on my bill? Due to the growing population in the Houston metropolitan area the area has been forced to make a switch from ground water to surface water. The WHCRW Fee is assessed to pay for the new infrastructure required for the conversion. For more information on surface water conversion visit the WHCRW website at:
