Why is my water bill so high?

Check faucets and toilets for leaks. A slow drip faucet can waste 15 to 20 gallons of water a day. A leaking toilet can waste up to 100 gallons of water a day.

When will my security deposit be refunded?

Upon termination of service, the District will apply the deposit to unpaid charges and the excess, if any, will be refunded to the Customer. No interest will be paid by the District on such deposit.

Am I responsible to pay my water bill if I don't receive it?

Yes, your District's water bills are mailed in bulk from Regional Water's Corporate office. If you do not receive your water bill, contact our billing department at (281) 897-9100 for your current balance.

When is my water bill due?

Each water District has a set due date each month. Select your district or neighborhood in the Search Box to see this month's due date.

How do I report a water leak?

Contact our office between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday at (281) 897-9100.

Can I pay by credit card?
